Shipping, returns and exchanges

Moonwillow Magic only ships within the United Kingdom. No international shipping.

Postage

Please allow 2 - 3 working days for your order to be processed, (Monday to Friday), orders placed on a Friday,

Saturday or Sunday will be looked at on Monday.

Your order will be sent using either Royal Mail or a courier (such as DHL).

Where we can we like to recycle our packing to keep costs down.

When you have placed an order we will contact you with more information and set out your delivery options.

As soon as your order has been dispatched please allow 3 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept any returns on personalised items. (Items which include a name(s) and or other personal detail

such as dates etc.)

If there is a problem with these orders then please contact us using the contact form or email within 7 days.

If your order has been damaged please use the contact us form and let us know, and we will consider sending out

a replacement.

You can return an item at your own expense within 15 days of delivery.

When we have received your order and checked it we will refund you.

When shipping your item back to us:

Repackage your item and add our return address.

Use the contact form and the return address will be provided for you.

Please ensure that the package you are sending back to us has everything that was included when you placed

your order.
